As a Sales & Management Trainee youll gain experience across multiple areas of the business while learning how a successful wholesale distribution branch operates.

Youll:

• Learn warehouse operations and inventory management

• Assist customers and build lasting relationships

• Develop product knowledge across plumbing waterworks and industrial supplies

• Prepare quotes and support the sales process

• Shadow experienced sales professionals and branch leaders

• Learn how to solve customer challenges and grow business

• Build the skills needed for future sales and management opportunities

Qualifications
