What Youll Do as a Sales & Design Consultant

• Guide customers through the design and customization process to create outdoor playsets that fit their familys needs space and budget.
• Build relationships with customers by providing exceptional service through the showroom phone calls email website chat and special events.
• Create customized swing set layouts drawings and estimates while recommending features and accessories that bring each customers vision to life.
• Coordinate the ordering payment delivery and follow-up process to ensure every customer enjoys a smooth Five-Star experience from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers throughout the sales process answering questions making design updates and providing timely solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates across departments to deliver accurate information resolve customer concerns and support a seamless customer experience.
• Represent King Swings with professionalism product knowledge and a commitment to Christian values while helping families confidently invest in premium outdoor play equipment.

• Experienced: You have a high school diploma and at least one year of customer-facing experience along with basic computer skills and the ability to move comfortably between the showroom and outdoor displays.
• Values-Driven: You appreciate working in a faith-based Christian-values environment and thrive on collaborating with a team committed to excellence continuous improvement and exceptional customer service.
