The Sales Department Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations and ensuring the sales team functions efficiently. This position is ideal for a highly organized detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with managers staff and partner dealerships.
Responsibilities
- Assist sales managers with coordinating and processing dealer trades
- Contact partner dealerships to verify vehicle availability and facilitate inventory exchanges
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly schedules reports and operational updates
- Maintain and update commission spreadsheets with accuracy and confidentiality
- Track and update internal vehicle inventory and car count sheets
- Organize department records paperwork and reporting systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Support the team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Benefits
- Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
