Sales Department Assistant

The Sales Department Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily dealership operations and ensuring the sales team functions efficiently. This position is ideal for a highly organized detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with managers staff and partner dealerships.

• Assist sales managers with coordinating and processing dealer trades
• Contact partner dealerships to verify vehicle availability and facilitate inventory exchanges
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales department
• Prepare and distribute daily and weekly schedules reports and operational updates
• Maintain and update commission spreadsheets with accuracy and confidentiality
• Track and update internal vehicle inventory and car count sheets
• Organize department records paperwork and reporting systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Support the team with additional operational and administrative tasks as needed

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Professional dependable and motivated attitude

• Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
