Job Summary

As Sales Controlling Analyst you will play a key role in launching and supporting complex new business models by partnering with Sales process owners product teams and other stakeholders to design and deploy effective order-to-cash processes. You will serve as a subject matter expert in order management customer requirements EDI invoicing and specialized business models while ensuring operational processes align with contractual commitments and Bosch guidelines. This role is ideal for a collaborative solutions-oriented professional who enjoys navigating complexity driving process improvements and helping transform innovative business concepts into successful day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities: 

  • Enthusiasm for Digital Business Models: You are excited by the opportunities and challenges which arise from market-drivers and transformation of the Mobility Company.  Working in cooperation with Sales SSH and the respective process owners you provide the voice of the region in design & build activities and lead operational O2C deployment when new business models are launched. 
  • Operative Specialist: You will serve as aa new business model (including software/service) operative specialist within M/SCC2-AM for Robert Bosch LLC business including process design build and launch support involving a high level of complexity and low level of standardization. Critical launches include C-Hub Electrolyzer stack and SW Vision. You will frequently engage with local sales and project management to ensure that the proposed operational framework is aligned with the developing contractual framework while also ensuring that contractual commitments are achievable.
  • Special Business Models: You will orchestrate special business model order processing including coordination of the end-to-end process and performing order management and invoicing activities for partner-led and platform sales (eg. Contract Accounting HaaS SaaS SaaP Down Payment Process).
  • Networked Communication: You recognize success relies heavily on cooperation and partnership with internal stakeholders and you are intentional at building those relationships in order to serve as one of the BBF Champions for Robert Bosch LLC business.  You proactively assess how the new requirements and business models may require adjustments to local processes and support mechanisms and involve necessary stakeholders to analyze and deploy solutions. You work with SSH and the respective RGB product owners to build a roadmap of upcoming product launches that might require specialized / customized support.
  • Order Management: You will lead order management activities for HaaP customer requirements involving local sales management when critical customer engagement is required. This enables security of daily operations to prevent negative impacts to shipping unnecessary costs or late payments from the customer (Including but not limited to ensuring seamless EDI flow in SAP Inbound EDI (monitoring as required; and outbound ASN monitoring for those customers which pay according to ASN with follow-up to logistics if corrections are needed).
  • Customer Requirements: You will become the expert in interpreting and deploying customer requirements ensuring internal alignment while being compliant with Bosch guidelines. This includes serving as the expert regarding customer order requirements; EDI Labeling & Packaging specifications; and ensuring that the specifications are appropriately evaluated and implemented per the Customer Requirement Server (CRS). Additionally you will serve as the champion for the CRS/EDI Customer Communication Framework
  • Customer Satisfaction: You will drive customer satisfaction ensuring customer requirements are being met in adherence with internal Bosch guidelines tracking supplier scorecard ratings for top customers entering and monitoring logistics complaints in CRA and serving as the Topic Champion and Key User for CRA. Additionally you will serve as the expert regarding customer order requirements as they are related to EDI Labeling & Packaging specifications; and ensure that the specifications are appropriately evaluated and implemented utilizing the CRS/EDI Customer Communication Framework. 
  • Local Competency Development: You will develop yourself for higher level regional responsibilities (e.g. operative --> strategic) through key user development such as SAP Expert including EDI and Table Maintenance activities directly impacting collections (ASNs & EDI Invoicing - setup and monitoring) as well as serve as the Topic Leader for Free-Of-Charge and Logistics Complaints.

This position requires a minimum of 3 days per week on site.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
  • 3 years of Order Management or Logistics Planning experience.
  • 3 years of experience interpreting and implementing customer EDI requirements including coordinating internal processes to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Strong SAP experience particularly transaction codes and processes related to order management and planning.
  • Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills with the ability to identify and implement effective resolutions.
  • Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage a high volume of requests and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Process improvement/CIP mindset with demonstrated experience reducing financial or operational risk through process improvements.
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships across Sales Logistics Operations and other internal functions.
  • Experience using SAP POE and SAP PTJ (BRIM)
  • Experience in automotive or mobility-related industries.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience supporting customer requirements for BYD GM Honda Rivian Lucid Tesla Toyota or Volvo.
  • Knowledge of Contract Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
  • Experience with software/service business models and specialized order processing.
  • Familiarity with regional Order Management processes and requirements.
  • Experience building flexible teams or operating models to support evolving customer and business requirements.
  • Exposure to digital software SaaS or service-based business models.
