Hayward Contracting is seeking a driven and personable Sales Consultant to help builders with high-quality interior trim installation and homeowners transform spaces with screen rooms and retractable awnings. This is a dynamic role combining both inside and outside salesperfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

What Youll Do:

Work with new construction builders and homeowners to offer tailored solutions
Conduct in-home consultations site visits and virtual follow-ups
Generate quotes and close sales for trim screen rooms and awnings
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up on project estimates
Educate clients on materials timelines and product benefits

What Youll Need:

A reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available)
Strong communication and consultative sales skills
Ability to manage your schedule and customer relationships
Familiarity with home construction or renovation is a plus
