Sales Communications Specialist

We are seeking a talented and motivatedCommunications Specialistto support internal and external communication initiatives that strengthen our brand engage employees and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator and strategic communicator who can develop compelling content across multiple channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create edit and distribute internal and external communications including announcements newsletters articles presentations and executive messaging.

• Support communication strategies that align with organizational goals and business priorities.

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to gather information and develop communication plans.

• Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.

• Assist in planning and executing company events employee engagement activities and community outreach initiatives.

• Monitor communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all communication channels.

• Track communication metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism Marketing English or a related field.

• 2 years of experience in corporate communications public relations marketing communications or a similar role.

• Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong editing and proofreading abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word PowerPoint Teams and Outlook.
