Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park is looking for a driven BDC Sales Associate to join our team!

This is an opportunity to represent two world-class luxury automotive brands while developing valuable sales communication and customer relationship skills. Were looking for someone with a strong work ethic a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.

No previous automotive sales or BDC experience is required! If youre coachable motivated and willing to learn well help you develop the skills to succeed. Previous BDC sales or customer service experience is a plus.

• Contact prospective customers by phone text and email to schedule showroom appointments.

• Follow up with customers interested in purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles.

• Confirm appointments and coordinate with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up tasks in our CRM system.

• Turn online inquiries into real showroom opportunities through consistent professional communication.

• Work toward daily and monthly activity appointment and performance goals.

• Represent Jaguar Land Rover Orland Park with professionalism in every customer interaction.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and communicating by text and email.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience requirements:

• Previous BDC experience is not required but is a plus.

• Previous sales experience is not required but is a plus.

• Automotive experience is not required but is a plus.

• Customer service or call center experience is helpful.
