Were looking for a proactive sales-driven Part-Time Sales Associate who loves connecting with people delivering exceptional service and creating memorable shopping experiences.

In this role youll be the face of Shapermint helping customers discover products that fit their needs while contributing directly to store sales and customer satisfaction.

Youll combine strong communication personalized recommendations and a genuine passion for helping others to create an environment where every customer feels welcomed understood and confident.

This is a hands-on opportunity to develop your retail sales skills while being part of Shapermints growing physical retail presence.

This is a 100% onsite part-time position based in Valencia or Del Amo California.

• Proactively connect with customers understand their needs and recommend products that drive confident purchases.

• Contribute to store sales goals through consultative selling relevant add-ons and effective closing.

• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

• Bring Shapermints mission to life through warm personalized and confidence-building service.

• Provide thoughtful product recommendations and respectful fitting assistance.

• Create a welcoming inclusive environment where every customer feels comfortable and understood.

• Gather valuable customer feedback on products fit preferences and shopping experiences using established guidelines.

• Share accurate observations with store leadership to help improve the customer experience.

• Maintain high standards in store presentation fitting rooms replenishment and daily operations.

• Handle POS transactions returns and promotions accurately.

• Collaborate with the team apply feedback and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

• Previous experience in retail hospitality beauty or other customer-facing roles.

• Experience in apparel intimates shapewear or athleisure.

• Familiarity with POS systems store operations or inventory management.

• Experience providing personalized product recommendations or fitting assistance.

Previous retail experience is not required. We welcome motivated candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills initiative and a willingness to learn.
