Guaranteed base salary for Sales Associate starting at $20000 - $36000 annually depending on level and performance plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Additional monthly performance incentives of up to $500 per month available for team members who hit production goals.

As a Sales Associate you will work within our marketing team canvassing neighborhoods speaking with homeowners educating qualified prospects about solar and scheduling appointments for our solar consultants.

This is not a closing role. Appointment setters do not sell products enter homes or collect payments.
