About the role
As a Sales Associate youll be the welcoming face of a customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality. Youll be part of a team fostering genuine customer connections sharing product knowledge and providing personalized service.

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old for the following states: AZ GA ID IL KS MS MO MT ND NV OK SD TX UT and VA.
• For all other states must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend reach stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom operate the register and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
