Here is what we expect of our Bartenders at Drybar:

• We expect Barenders to lead the clients experience from start to finish ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• We expect Bartenders to provide an over-the-top client experience to every single client.
• We expect Bartenders to educate and sell memberships - Its so easy because our clients love us!
• We expect Bartenders to organize and execute shop flow between clients and stylists
• We expect Bartenders to communicate effectively with clients co-workers and the shop leadership team.
• We expect Bartenders to work at a sustained fast pace with a positive demeanor.
• We expect Bartenders to participate in Shop duties. Side work includes activities: laundry sweeping dusting and other general shop cleaning.

We are looking for a Bartender who:
