What Youll Do

• Educate guests about the benefits of regular massage and skincare services
  
• Sell memberships and gift cards
  
• Execute our proven sales process and work toward individual and team goals
  
• Recommend enhancements products and services based on each guests needs
  
• Create a welcoming relaxing and memorable experience for every guest
  
• Answer phones schedule appointments and assist guests with questions
  
• Support client follow-up and membership retention efforts
  
• Maintain accurate guest records and follow proper filing procedures
  
• Help keep the spa clean organized and presentation-ready
  
• Work closely with the entire spa team to create an exceptional guest experience
