Are you a self-starter who loves talking to people You dont need previous automotive sales experience to succeed at McSpadden Motorswe will provide the training and support you need. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant with strong drive excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Guide customers through the car-buying process with honesty transparency and a high level of professionalism.

• Actively listen to customer needs to help them select the right new Ford or quality pre-owned vehicle.

• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and conduct test drives.

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers following up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat/referral business.

• Learn and stay up-to-date on new Ford models options and vehicle technology.

• Maintain a clean organized workspace and a professional personal appearance.

• Experience: No previous sales experience required! We will train the right candidate.

• Driven & Self-Motivated: Strong work ethic with a desire to learn grow and achieve performance goals.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport easily listen actively and speak confidently with customers from all walks of life.

• Positive Attitude: Upbeat team-oriented and dependable.

• Valid Drivers License: Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a standard background check.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish): A plus but not required!
