As a Sales Associate youll be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in growing our studio.

Responsibilities include:

• Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through consultations studio tours and introductory stretch sessions
• Build relationships that convert leads into long term memberships
• Meet and exceed membership sales goals through consultative selling
• Follow up with leads via phone email and text to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Manage front desk operations scheduling client check ins and administrative tasks
• Support local marketing campaigns networking events and community partnerships
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first visit through membership
• Maintain a clean organized and welcoming studio environment
