As a Front Desk Associate youll help keep the salon running smoothly while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. Youll:

• Create a warm welcoming experience for every client from the moment they arrive

• Manage appointments check-ins check-outs and transactions

• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently

• Answer questions and help clients with their needs

• Resolve issues using sound judgment available resources and strong problem-solving skills

• Support retail sales and help clients discover products that complement their Drybar experience

• Multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of service

• Maintain a professional positive demeanoreven during busy periods

• Work collaboratively with the salon team to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Youre someone who is naturally friendly organized solutions-oriented and passionate about customer service. You bring energy to the front desk and enjoy making people feel welcome.

• Open availability is required

• 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer-service-focused environment such as:

  • Sales Associate

  • Retail Sales Associate

  • Customer Service Representative

  • Store Associate

  • Salon Associate

  • Or a similar customer-facing role

• Previous point-of-sale (POS) system experience strongly preferred

• Previous salon or spa experience is a plus but not required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work comfortably and effectively at a sustained fast pace

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

• Ability to multitask with ease and stay organized in a busy environment

• Comfortable standing and/or walking for the duration of 68 hour shifts

• Technical ability and confidence using point-of-sale systems and other front desk technology

• Strong judgment and resourcefulness when resolving client or front desk issues

• Ability to remain professional positive and composed under pressure
