The Tempur-PedicSalesAssociates primary responsibility is to provide excellence in customer service while selling and marketing Tempur-Pedic addition this individual will serve as a member of management when the Store Manager is not available. This could include opening and/or closing the store as well as covering the management duties.

Pay Range:The total estimated annual compensation including base pay and incentives is $40000 - $60000.
WhatYoullDo (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Assistin managing andmaintainingresponsibility for the overall performance of the store.
Provide leadership in all areas of the sales process including customer service and caremaintaininga professional appearance adhering to company policies and proceduresand inmaintainingTempur Sealys brand.
Continue to perform all the Retail Sales Associate responsibilities at an exceptional level.
Assist the Store Manager inidentifyingdeficiencies and solving problems in the store and within the sales team.
Assistthe store manager with merchandising implementing company programs and other needs.
Solve problems within the sales team and direct larger issues to the Store Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
WhatYoullNeed (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years retail experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products
Strong sales skills in a consultative environment
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead direct and train others in a store setting.
Skilled at current best practice retail methods procedures and standards
Demonstratedcollaboratorable to both lead and follow.
Flexibility in work schedulereflectingthe needs and patterns of store hours.
Fluency with current retail software / computer systems
Must be able to stand for lengthy periods of time and occasionallyliftingitems with or withoutassistance.
