What Youll Do

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Sales Director and Sales Department.
• Coordinate community tours and follow up communications with prospective residents.
• Assist with sales marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate prospect records and sales materials.

You Bring

• 1 years of sales or related experience preferably in a senior living hospitality or related industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience in lieu of education required.
• Strong organizational time management and professional communication skills with a collaborative customer focused approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office mobile technology and CRM systems; flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
