Ashley Furniture North Americas leading furniture retailer is looking for a motivated customer-focused Sales Assistant to help create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

As a Sales Assistant youll support showroom operations assist the sales team and help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident about their purchase.

As a Sales Assistant youll play an important role in supporting the sales team maintaining showroom standards assisting customers and helping drive overall store success.

Youll be the friendly face that welcomes customers the organized team member who keeps operations running smoothly and the dependable partner who helps create a world-class shopping experience.

• Greet customers with a warm friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist guests with questions about products promotions financing and services.
• Support sales associates with paperwork order processing and customer follow-up.
• Help create a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.

• Maintain attractive showroom displays and merchandise presentation.
• Assist with furniture placement floor moves and showroom organization.
• Keep the sales floor clean organized and customer-ready.
• Support warehouse and inventory-related tasks as needed.

• Assist with financing applications and related processes.
• Schedule deliveries and customer pickups.
• Maintain filing systems and store records.
• Partner with the accounting team to support store audits closing procedures and monthly balancing.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of sales documentation.

Basic computer skills

• Previous retail customer service sales support or administrative experience
• Experience with financing applications merchandising inventory or showroom operations is a plus

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Based on experience)
