Sales and Rebate Support Specialist

Location: Minneapolis

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Standard Daytime hours Monday-Friday

Total Compensation: $25.00 - $33.00 hourly wage

*The exact amount of base wage may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.

What Youll Do

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Rebate Support Specialist that will be responsible for the administration of rebate programs including program tracking documentation management payment reconciliation reporting and sales support to ensure accurate timely and compliant rebate processing.

You will

  • Administer rebate programs including program setup documentation management payment reconciliation record validation and reporting to ensure accuracy compliance and timely processing.
  • Manage rebate records and compliance documentation maintaining organized files audit support internal controls and current utility program requirements.
  • Support sales and customer opportunities by providing rebate guidance identifying applicable incentive programs and ensuring incentives are accurately reflected in bids and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain rebate processes and tracking systems to support follow-up activities consistent documentation and program effectiveness.

What You Bring

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
  • Minimum two years of office experience.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Microsoft Excel Word Outlook internet navigation and Adobe.
  • Two years post high school education or equivalent experience desirable.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
