Sales Account Manager

Manages day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts ensuring timely response to requests and issues.

As our Sales Account Manager - on any given day you will:

• Supports execution of account plans by coordinating activities with internal sales service and support teams.
• Tracks customer interactions opportunities and commitments in CRM systems.
• Responds to customer inquiries related to products pricing and order status within defined guidelines.
• Supports renewal and upsell activities by identifying basic customer needs and usage patterns.
• Prepares standard account reports updates and summaries for internal review.
• Coordinates follow-up actions resulting from customer meetings and communications.
• Escalates risks issues or customer concerns to senior account managers as needed.
• Ensures account documentation and data accuracy are maintained.
• Follows established account management processes and service standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience working in Sales Account role. Minimum of 5 years experience selling equipment to industry customers
• Ability to manage customer account and meet targets for a region
• Experience with working with customers on equipment solutions

• Travel up to 50%
