Youll be a visible leader in the field a trusted advisor to management a coach to crews and one of the key drivers behind Alphas commitment to operational excellence.

Youll help shape safety strategy strengthen compliance improve training analyze trends investigate incidents and continuously raise the standard across every project.

• Design implement and continuously improve company-wide safety programs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety requirements.
• Conduct field inspections audits and risk assessments across multiple projects.
• Identify hazards before they become incidents.

• Develop engaging safety presentations workshops and toolbox talks.
• Train supervisors managers and field crews on safety best practices.
• Coordinate ongoing education to keep teams current on evolving regulations and standards.

• Lead incident and near-miss investigations.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that prevent future incidents.
• Analyze company safety trends and recommend improvements.

• Develop and improve SOPs policies technical documentation and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate compliance records logs schedules and reporting systems.
• Track safety KPIs and present meaningful insights to leadership.

• Represent Alpha professionally with OSHA clients vendors and regulatory agencies when needed.
• Collaborate with project leadership to solve safety challenges proactively.
• Coach supervisors on creating safe accountable jobsite cultures.
• Support inventory management for safety equipment and supplies.

• 5 years of safety leadership experience preferably within construction or a related industry.
• Experience developing and implementing safety programs.
• Experience conducting field inspections investigations audits and training.

• Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Construction Management or a related field preferred.

• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Experience creating SOPs policies and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical reporting and technical writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to coach mentor and influence employees at every level.
• Organized detail-oriented and highly accountable.
• Comfortable balancing field responsibilities with administrative work.

• Care more about preventing incidents than reacting to them.
• Can communicate with executives in the morning and field crews in the afternoon.
