Become a part of our team and immerse yourself in a company that fosters aGreat Place to Workculture!What Youll Do:The HSE Manager position will be responsible for building and overseeing the companys safety program including working with the appropriate departments to make safety policies controls and forums improving safety compliance and outcomes across the Velocity Network and most importantly building a culture that empowers will be an onsite position DutiesMonthly manager meetings and reports (all Departments).HSE manager meetings reports and accountability for department structure across all VVG current and new program current on country state and local effective HSE programs that proactively look at safety identify and manage HSE risk across the HSE effectiveness and report on organizational and coach team members to positively impact Velocitys safety a high-performance safety with and influence a sizeable operational for a growing including overnight Skills and Qualifications:Five (5) plus years of experience in a Health Safety and Environmental position is requiredExperience working in an automotive or trucking industry is preferredStrong computer skills specifically with Microsoft Office is requiredMust have a valid drivers licenseProven experience in developing and implementing successful EHS understanding of safety regulations compliance standards and risk leadership and communication to mentor coach and train team members success in building and sustaining a positive safety to travel including overnight stays and international travel as Requirements:Must be able to pass post offer drug test and background :$85000/year annual salary 10% annual bonus contingent on quarter-over-quarter goals and objectives. Each quarter is 25% of the 10% annual bonus.
