Safety Manager

Overview:

As aSafety Manageryou willmonitorthe safety ofallonsiteassociates-coachingandassistingthem in the proper ways to do their tasks safelyandensuring that they havealloftheappropriate onsite with one of our clients you will spend 80-90% of your time assistingleadership teamsin every area of safety todecreasethe number of incidents and accidentsthat of the work will be toreport and document all unsafe acts as well as be vigilant in identifying any unsafe conditions on the floor.

Location: Jackson TN

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct safety observations (CBIs)
• Train team on safety procedures
• Update safety policies
• Coach team on safety prevention
• Execute safety incentive programs
• Complete and monitor safety reports
• Ability to maintain strong client relationship

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university
• Knowledgeable in safety expectations policies and procedures
• Some supervisory and/or lead experience in a production environmentpreferred with the ability to coach and motivateothers
• Physical ability to be on feet andwalk10-12 hours per day 5-6 days per week
• Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel Outlook PowerPoint Word

Salary Range: $54819.54 - $68524.43 annually depending on experience and geographic location.

Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
