Safety Intern 2027 Summer

Principal Responsibilities:Attend and assist internal/external vessel compliance activities such as Audits Surveys and Coast Guard in drafting Risk Assessments for various vessel and analyze the database of audits inspections and expiration dates; flag upcoming deadlines and maintain safety records; training files audits corrective actions manuals and SMS Audits to determine gaps between Policy and draft content for safety newsletters and safety alerts for review before to travel and board vessels in remote areas on the river and/or projects as :Currently seeking a Bachelors degree in Safety or related communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate in a team customer service in Microsoft punctual and professional team Join UsGain hands-on experience in safety operations within the inland marine how safety programs audits and safety training are opportunities throughout the Company and with other summer and diverse is a paid summer internship opportunity located onsite in Paducah KY with internship dates ranging from mid-May to early August 2027 (can be flexible on dates).
