Were hiring a Safety Coordinatorat our Corporate Headquarters in Columia MO and were looking for someone whos ready to grow with us bring energy and drive to their work and help us build the future of construction.
The Safety Coordinator supports the Safety team with the coordination and execution of safety programs projects training reporting communication and administrative processes. This role works closely with multiple departments to help maintain organization improve processes support compliance efforts and assist with day-to-day team operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized proactive adaptable and willing to learn.
- Support safety programs projects and departmental initiatives
- Assist with scheduling reporting documentation communication and recordkeeping
- Coordinate training sessions meetings audits and travel logistics
- Maintain and update internal tracking systems dashboards and project tool
- Assist with compiling and analyzing data to support team goals and process improvements
- Partner with internal departments branch locations and vendors on safety-related needs
- Help maintain policies procedures and training documentation
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors degree in Safety Management or similar field preferred
- At least 2 years professional field experience
- Experience with required
- Past successful experience in the construction industry is preferred
Physical Requirements:- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
