- Bachelors degree in Engineering preferably Electrical Mechanical or Systems Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety reliability or quality engineering within transportation or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in safety analysis tools (FTA FMEA) reliability modeling and industry standards (EN50126 EN50128 EN50129).
- Strong understanding of risk management system integration and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication teamwork and problem-solving skills; ability to lead small teams and drive results.
- Consistent achievement of project delivery timelines and strategic safety goals.
- Effective collaboration and leadership within multidisciplinary teams.
- Reduction in system defects improved troubleshooting and enhanced operational efficiency.
- Work with advanced rail technologies and contribute to Alstoms strategic vision for safe mobility.
