Job Summary
- Bachelors degree required in Public Health Social Work Healthcare Administration Community Health or related field.
- Three to five years of experience in community health program coordination healthcare outreach or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership supervisory or team coordination experience.
- Strong communication facilitation organizational and project management skills.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Experience managing multi-site or community-based programs.
- Familiarity with rural health initiatives government-funded programs and community partnerships.
- Completion of a Community Health Worker training program (such as Partners in Care) preferred at hire.
- Ability to obtain Community Health Worker credentialing preferred.
- Grant writing grant administration or grant reporting experience preferred.
