Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
• Build data models and write DAX/M queries to support reporting needs.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including Excel SharePoint and cloud platforms.
• Implement row-level security and manage workspace permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports and data refreshes.
• Document processes data models and report logic for future reference.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Power BI Desktop Power BI Service and Power Query.
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language).
• Experience building dashboards and reports from scratch.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g. star schema normalization).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established reporting standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 13 years of hands-on experience with Power BI in a professional setting.
• Experience working with SQL Server Excel and SharePoint as data sources.
• Ability to create user-friendly dashboards for operations finance or customer service teams.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Background in business analysis or data analytics.
• Experience integrating dashboards into web portals or internal tools.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize performance using aggregations or incremental refresh.
• Demonstrated ability to train end-users or create documentation for dashboard usage.
• Ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
