Qualifications :

JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to utilize effective problem solving skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft and basic computer skills.
• Relates in a positive professional manner to participants and staff.
• Must be punctual and meet deadlines.
• Good standard of literacy numeracy and verbal communication skills.
• Associates degree is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service preferred.
