About the Role

This role combines outside sales with project management. You must be comfortable with door-to-door sales. Youll find your own customers through canvassing referrals and storm outreach along with some company-provided leads and youll manage each job from the first inspection through final payment. New team members start as Sales Representatives get paid while they train and can be promoted to Project Manager.

This is a 1099 independent contractor commission-based position.

Training Phase: Sales Representative

• $5000 training pay earned as you file and get approval on your first 20 claims:
• $125 for each claim filed
• $125 for each scope received
• 25% commission on your first 5 builds plus training pay
• If youre promoted to Project Manager early you keep earning training pay until youve filed 20 claims

Project Manager Compensation: Youre eligible after completing at least 5 builds from start to finish.

• 35% commission on every job (average commission is about $1500 per job)
• Commission goes up as your closed sales grow:
• $250000 closed 40% commission
• $500000 closed 50% commission
• $750000 closed company truck 50% commission

What Youll Do

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing referrals and storm outreach
• Inspect roofs gutters and siding and walk homeowners through their options
• File and manage insurance claims
• Prepare present and close roofing contracts
• Collect payment and manage each project from contract to completion

Requirements:

• 18 or older with a valid drivers license
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales. This is a core part of the role.
• Self-motivated coachable disciplined and goal-oriented
• Reliable vehicle that can carry a ladder. Company trucks may be available for drivers 21 with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Cell phone
• Able to climb a ladder walk a roof and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication skills and able to manage several projects at once
