Requirements to Apply

• Must be 21 years or older
• Previous roofing repair experience required
• Valid drivers license required

What Youll Do

• Inspect roofs for leaks damage and wear and tear
• Repair and maintain roofs including replacing shingles repairing flashing and sealing leaks
• Install new roofing materials following safety and quality standards
• Work with the service team to schedule and prioritize repair jobs
• Explain repair options to customers and provide excellent service
• Keep accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $50000$55000 per year based on experience
• Full-time MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.; Saturdays and weekends as needed
• Medical dental and vision insurance after 30 days
• Paid time off (PTO) accrual after 30 days
• 401(k) eligibility after 6 months

• All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period

Requirements:

• Prior roofing repair and maintenance experience
• Knowledge of roofing materials techniques and safety practices
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Able to lift heavy objects work at heights over 5 feet and access tight spaces
• Able to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periods
• Flexible schedule availability
