Job Summary
Daniels Property Group (DPG) is the real estate partner of Daniels Health supporting the acquisition development construction and management of healthcare and industrial facilities across North America. As Daniels continues to expand DPG is building an internal construction team responsible for maintaining improving and protecting our facilities.
Were looking for an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead roof repair and replacement projects across our national portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing internal construction team where youll help establish best practices mentor crews and directly impact facilities that support an essential healthcare service.
Unlike traditional roofing contractors our work is focused on improving and maintaining our own propertiesallowing for consistent high-quality workmanship without chasing the next bid.
- Lead and supervise roof repair and replacement projects across Daniels facilities.
- Direct and mentor internal roofing crews.
- Oversee estimating material procurement scheduling and project documentation.
- Plan daily work activities manpower materials and equipment needs.
- Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors when project requirements dictate.
- Perform roof inspections and identify repair recommendations.
- Support additional facility improvement and construction projects as needed.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all applicable safety requirements.
- Work closely with Property Management Facilities and Construction teams to prioritize roofing projects.
- Travel throughout the United States to support Daniels facilities.
- 5 years of commercial roofing experience.
- Previous experience leading roofing crews as a Foreman or Superintendent.
- Experience with commercial roofing systems including TPO EPDM PVC modified bitumen metal roofing and roof repairs.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and roofing best practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
