• First-Year Target Earnings ($100000 - $150000): weekly commissions and performance cash bonuses.

• Run Pre-Qualified Leads: Present directly to homeowners at pre-screened office-booked appointments.
• Territory Development: Execute localized outreach and self-generation tactics during initial branch rollout to maximize earnings.
• Roof Inspections: Inspect residential roofs evaluate structural needs and identify storm or age-related damage.
• In-Home Closing: Present clear solutions guide homeowners through flexible financing options and secure contracts on the spot.
• Pipeline Management: Manage follow-ups and daily sales metrics to convert warm leads into signed projects.

• Experience: 3 years of outside sales high-ticket sales or in-home closing experience (roofing or home improvement experience preferred but not required).
• Drivers License: Valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record (required for company vehicle).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Location: Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt MO.
• Schedule: Full-time (MondayFriday with weekend availability to meet with homeowners).
• Tech: Reliable personal smartphone with an active data plan for daily company app communication.

• You are an experienced closer who thrives in a 100% performance-based environment.
• You consistently aim for high closing rates (30%) and take pride in managing your sales pipeline.
• You are proactive self-motivated and comfortable running 23 in-home presentations per day.
