Romex is seeking a motivated and personable Neighborhood Sales Representative to join our team in Oklahoma City OK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships within local communities promoting Romex products and driving sales growth in assigned neighborhoods.

• Engage with residents and local businesses to introduce and promote Romex products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members to foster trust and brand loyalty.
• Conduct door-to-door sales and neighborhood outreach to generate leads and close sales.
• Provide product information answer questions and address customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Track sales activities and report progress to management regularly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
• Attend local events and community gatherings to represent Romex and expand network.

• Proven experience in sales preferably in door-to-door or neighborhood sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with walking and engaging with people in various neighborhood settings.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Romex products or willingness to learn quickly.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
