Robotic/Automation Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift)

Our client is seeking aRobotic/Automation Maintenance Technician to support a highly automated precision manufacturing operation serving industries including medical automotive telecommunications transportation and more. What Youll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing equipment
• Learn to troubleshoot PLCs sensors and robotic systems
• Install program and repair robot controllers conveyors and end-of-arm tooling
• Read blueprints machine manuals and technical documentation
• Replace motors controllers encoders sensors circuit boards and other components
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and parts inventory
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulics pneumatics and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and equipment manuals
• Experience using hand tools power tools and mechanical testing equipment
• Interest in learning robotic systems and automation technology
• Flexibility to support emergency maintenance needs

Schedule

• Monday Thursday
• 2:30 PM 1:00 AM
• Four 10-hour shifts
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

Compensation & Benefits

• $30 to$34.00 per hour PLUS $1.50/hour shift differential & Bonus!
