Robotics Teleoperator & Human Interaction Partner

Project Details:

Overview

• Support a robotics data collection pilot using I2RT YAM bimanual robotic arms. Each station operates with two people. You will carry out assigned teleoperation and/or humanrobot interaction tasks to help capture consistent high-quality data.

Key responsibilities

• Teleoperate I2RT YAM bimanual robotic arms to execute scripted tasks precisely following SOPs.
• Perform humanrobot interaction tasks per script including gestures and object handovers.
• Use client-provided equipment and follow documented SOPs and examples; complete hands-on training and apply it consistently.
• Coordinate closely with your station partner to maintain timing consistency and safety.
• Record trial status notes and anomalies as directed; promptly flag issues and assist with resets/retries.
• Adhere to onsite safety privacy and data handling protocols; provide constructive feedback to improve procedures.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented reliable and consistent in repetitive process-driven work.
• Clear communication and teamwork; receptive to coaching and feedback.
• Prior teleoperation/robotics or lab data collection experience preferred; training provided.
• Basic computer skills for simple logging and spreadsheets.
