What Youll Be Doing

Youll work directly with the Paint Robot Team to keep our paint line running smoothly by:

Ability to work with voltmeter paint applicators test stand seava air cap tester oscilloscope solder equipment and welder.
Operate and maintain robotic and paint application equipment per control plans ensuring quality and delivery targets are met.
Perform and document required maintenance calibrations parameter settings and robot PMs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Identify document and help resolve product process or quality issues in compliance with IATF-16949 requirements; verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
Perform cross-functional assignments per established procedures work guidance sheets TPMs and quality alerts.
Maintain professional radio etiquette.
Work overtime as required and perform other duties as assigned.
Proficient in using diagnostic and testing equipment including volt meters test stands air cap testers oscilloscopes soldering equipment and welders.
Demonstrate strong teamwork and problem-solving skills in a continuous improvement environment.
Adhere to all safety policies; work safely at all times report unsafe conditions accidents and near misses promptly and maintain proper ergonomics.
Meet customer and company quality standards; direct non-conforming parts appropriately.
Support lean and continuous improvement initiatives including 5S updates.
Meet or exceed daily production goals and accurately record/report production data.
Maintain clean and organized work areas; properly store tools and report equipment issues.

What Were Looking For

Mechanically inclined
Comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues
Experienced with electrical or mechanical repairs
Ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable motivated and eager to learn

Automotive manufacturing experience is a bonus!

Preferred Qualifications

Associates Degree in a technical field preferred
Relevant hands-on experience may substitute for education
If you are currently pursuing a related degree- well consider that too.
