Robot Support Engineer

Job Title: Robot Support EngineerLocation: Troy MI - On-site with regular travel to various manufacturing plants (up to 50%-75% travel). Travel expenses are paid.Benefits: health Insurance will be provided to employee.Experience: min 2 yrs up to 5 yrsJob Type: Contract We need a fast learner for our Robot Support Engineer role. You will set up Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR devices) on the shop floor. You will build new processes set up waypoints and fix software bugs. You will also help plant engineers and support daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Robot Setup: Install and set up AMR devices on the shop : Configure and test waypoints maps and paths for safe robot  Debug: Find and fix software and system issues  Creation: Build new operational processes for robot use in the  Support: Train and help plant engineers with robot : Visit different factory sites for weeks at a time to launch new systems. Job Requirements: Education: Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related controls : Entry-level position open to recent graduates with previous relevant engineering : Fast learner with strong debugging and software troubleshooting : Good verbal and written communication skills to work with plant : Able and willing to travel to plants for weeks at a time and work in a factory environment.
