Job Summary

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robots and automation equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot robot-related mechanical electrical pneumatic and control system issues.
Support installation commissioning calibration and startup of robotic systems.
Monitor robot performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Conduct routine inspections and ensure equipment operates within safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with production engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance logs service reports and technical documentation.
Assist in robot programming modifications and teach pendant operations when required.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with OEM vendors and service providers for advanced troubleshooting and repairs
