Position Summary

We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health NurseRN or LVN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting.

Major Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders
Administer prescribed medications and treatments
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Collaborate with care team and family
Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically

Qualifications

Active Texas LVN or RN license
Current CPR certification
Valid Drivers License
At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN
