Job Duties: Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

• Provide direct nursing care such as wound care IV therapy and catheter assessments of residents health conditions including vital signs anddevelopingindividualized care plans.âAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed ensuringaccuratedocumentation and monitoringforside effects.â

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate andoptimizeresident care including communicating with physicians and families.â

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols tomaintaina safe environment for residents.â

Qualifications:â

• State of Iowa RN or LPN licenseâ
• Previous LTC experience is preferred but not required

Open Shifts Available:

• PRN all shifts
