As your patients overnight nurse youll provide skilled nursing care and monitoring while helping give their family peace of mind throughout the night.

Your responsibilities may include:

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in the home
Monitor your patients condition and vital signs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Provide case-specific skilled nursing care
Respond appropriately to changes in condition
Follow the individualized plan of care
Communicate with the patient family and Castor clinical team
Complete real-time nursing documentation during your shift

Active Illinois RN or LPN license
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Compassionate and dependable approach to care
Interest in providing one-on-one private duty nursing care
