Position: RN Case Manager
Shift:Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Duration: 13 weeks
JOB REQUIREMENT:
3-year experience required
Minimum of three years of acute hospital experience; or the equivalent of education and experience.
Recent experience in case management utilization management or discharge planning
Active CA RN license
Certifications: AHA BLS
