Education: Successfully completed an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Current RN license in the applicable state of practice required. Must be a licensed driver.
Preferred Licensure: Prefer bachelors in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years Home Health/Hospice experience preferred.
Preferred Experience: Supervisory experience preferred.
Certifications: Possess and maintains current CPR certification.
Other: Has excellent observation good nursing assessment and communication skills. Has ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner. Possesses good time management and problem-solving skills. Is self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision. Is flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligation and has the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team.
