Unit Manager Full Time 1st Shift (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Were looking for an experiencedUnit Managerto join our team! This is afull-time 40-hour positionon1st shift with a supportive schedule that includes:

  • Nursing on-call rotation
  • MOD (Manager on Duty) - Weekend coverage

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour over-sight of the unit.

Monitor resident care by licensed nurses & LNAs.

Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA State and Federal regulations for healthcare.

Ensure physician orders are being followed monitor medication & treatment schedules and MDS documentation is accurate.

Work collaborative with other departments assists ADON working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nurses.

Assess plan implement and monitor resident care to ensure that care needs are being met

Maintain confidentiality of all resident-related care information to ensure HIPAA compliance

Provide overall supervision of Licensed Nurses LNAs and LMNAs and the care provided to residents on the assigned unit.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • RN with management experience.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
