Job Summary
We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.
As our RN you will assume responsibility for facilitating communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team and patient/family to meet the physical emotional and spiritual needs of the patient advancing modern nursing through compassionate care.
Every day you will promote optimal patient health well-being and safety through the nursing process adhering to patient care standards guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act and demonstrating personal accountability for relationship-based care and our organizational mission.
To be successful in this role you will be a Registered Nurse with a commitment to compassionate high-quality patient care strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to apply the nursing process effectively within a supportive mission-driven environment.
- Assess patients physical psychosocial cultural and spiritual needs through observation interview review of medical records & clinical data.
- Evaluates patients response and intervenes to ensure optimal patient outcome. Develop and implement patient plan of care and observe outcomes in accordance with nursing standards and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate competency in a variety of therapeutic/diagnostic interventions including but not limited to IVs incision/wound care medication administration catheterization and specimen collections.
- Thorough and confidential maintenance of patient charts and records. Document ongoing status interventions patient response and outcomes in an accurate timely manner. Use information technology to communicate manage knowledge mitigate error and support decisionmaking.
- Promote advocate and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.
- Provide patient/family education through assessment of patient/family learning readiness needs and ability. Provide teaching and evaluate effectiveness of teaching.
We are offering a $10000 sign on bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.
To be eligible for the sign-on bonus you must be hired into a Full-time or Part-time Nights position ONLY within the specialties of ICU Med Surg and/or ED. OB and OR Full Time or Part Time all shifts (ONLY Tier 3 float CO KS & UT) are also eligible.

Level 3 Enterprise Float Pool Pay and Benefits:
- Base rate $75.00/hr Eligible for evening night and weekend differentials
- Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado Western Kansas and Utah)
- For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2500 payout each. Subject to change.
- Full Time/Part Time:24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
- PRN: 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area - **NOT CURRENTLY HIRING FOR
- PRN roles are eligible for an additional 15% differential

Benefits:
- Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility
- Associates Degree in Nursing; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
- RN License in state of employment
- Two (2) years RN experience. Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty.
- BLS from the American Heart Association required
Preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
