Rate: $36- $38/hour (depending on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $3750!!
Shift: Part-Time
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 7 am- 7:30 pm

Autumn View Health Care Facilityis looking to add an RN Supervisor Weekend Warriorto its nursing leadership this role youll oversee nursing operations during your assigned shift ensuring residents receive high-quality care while supporting staff maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting a safe and positive environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise nursing staff including team leaders nursing assistants and trainees during assigned shifts
• Ensure resident care plans are implemented updated and followed appropriately
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition ensuring timely communication with providers and families
• Oversee medication administration treatments documentation and nursing services
• Address resident family visitor and staff concerns while promoting a positive care experience
• Assist with staffing coverage scheduling adjustments and overtime authorization as needed
• Support staff education orientation coaching and performance management activities
• Ensure compliance with facility policies infection control standards resident rights and regulatory requirements
• Respond to emergencies safety concerns incidents and facility operational issues
• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree preferred
• Valid NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a geriatric or rehabilitation setting; 3 years preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication leadership and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations infection control practices and resident rights
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
