The Work Youll Do

As our RN Supervisor youll provide clinical leadership while remaining connected to resident care. Youll:

  • Lead and supervise nursing and direct care staff throughout the shift.
  • Coordinate assignments based on resident needs and staff competencies.
  • Provide direct nursing care medications treatments and clinical assessments as needed.
  • Monitor changes in resident condition and make timely clinical decisions.
  • Ensure individualized plans of care are understood and consistently carried out.
  • Communicate with residents families physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Coach and support nursing staff and CNAs including identifying opportunities for education and development.
  • Maintain required clinical documentation and support regulatory compliance.
  • Address staffing safety and resident-care concerns that arise during the shift.
  • Support quality improvement surveys and other essential clinical needs of the facility.

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • A current and active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • At least one year of direct-care experience in a long-term care setting.
  • Charge Nurse supervisory or similar leadership experience preferred.
