Our ANCC - accredited Nurse Residency Program is designed just for you - created to support a smooth transition from student to practicing nurse through hands on experience mentorship and a strong support system.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide patient care with support from experienced nurses
  • Build your clinical confidence in a real world setting
  • Learn grow and develop your skill through guided practice and mentorship

What Youll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 600 clinical hours in an acute care setting
  • BSN Required If not in a BSN program you must enroll into a program within 6 months of starting employment and complete within 4 years.
  • Active Michigan RN license at the start of the cohort.
  • Current BLS certification (AHA
