Unit Description: 30-bed
years minimum of inpatient adult psych
Sets Required: Proficient in using automatic medication
dispensing system (Omni Cell); proficient in the use of psychotropic
medications and side effects. Able to assume the role of charge nurse; able to
complete admissions and discharges. Competent in the use of IV pumps and care of
diabetic to Patient Ratio: 1
RN to 7 or 8
Population: Adult 18 to 65 years of
